Human resources development program for master craftsmen, technical shift leaders and foremen
The role and therefore also the tasks of master craftsmen, technical shift leaders and foremen have changed substantially in recent years: They increasingly require skills which extend beyond their specialist field, while management duties make up a rising proportion of their workload. The goal of the “Operational Management Tier” development program is to support and accelerate this change of role – with particular emphasis on the benefits in terms of our product quality.
