Save the date: Materials symposium in Salzgitter

The materials symposium to be held in Salzgitter on November 29 – 30, 2021 will at last revert to a face-to-face format. The event is organized by Volkswagen AG, Salzgitter AG, and ITS Mobility.

The symposium will focus on new and alternative drive systems and mobility concepts, including their specific demands on vehicle architecture and their impacts and repercussions on customers and on society. 

In terms of the demands on vehicle architecture, materials have a significant role to play, whereas for customers and for society, it is the driving experience and the impact on the environment that are gaining in importance.

The symposium offers manufacturers, developers, suppliers, and vendors the opportunity to take part in the accompanying trade show and discuss their current offerings with experts and decision-makers. Selected specialist presentations and a podium debate are aimed at advancing knowledge and promoting networking.
